Delivery - Pickup
Delivery is available for an additional charge. Rates are based on curbside delivery/pickup and will vary based upon the location we can drop off. With advance notice, other options are available for an additional charge. Our delivery trucks can be quite large so please be sure that your venue will be accessible to them. Please inquire at the time of your reservation.
Upon delivery and or pickup, our delivery crew can setup or breakdown tables and chairs, as well as a few other rental items for you. Pricing for this service is based on quantities and distance to delivery truck. This service must be arranged prior to your delivery & additional fees apply.
Grapevine Party Rentals Warehouse hours are open for pickup & return six days per week. Monday-Friday, the warehouse will be open 9:00am-4:00pm & Saturday, 9:00am-1:00pm. The warehouse is closed on Sunday. Our staff members are happy to assist loading & unloading your rentals.
Grapevine Party Rentals will guide you through your rental process from start to finish. Personal assistance will be provided to help you understand the rental process and how it will best serve your needs. Whether you email, call or make an appointment, our customer service representatives will assist you through the entire process.
Set up - Breakdown
Our tenting experts will gladly meet with you at your site to evaluate the requirements for providing you with the correct size tent for both your site and your event, as well as provide you choices that you may otherwise have not thought of.
Responsibility for equipment remains with the client from the time of delivery until the time of pickup or from when you pickup at our warehouse & return it there. Please be sure all equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Additional charges will apply for lost or damaged equipment.
