IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT?

Outlying areas of Sonoma County & beyond sometimes require a minimum rental of "instock" equipment based on their locations.  Ask for specifics & fees for those areas.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

We are happy to provide a "no obligation" quote for your review via fax, email or in person at our showroom.  Should you wish to place an actual reservation, please give us a call & we'll handle all of your needs & answer any questions. 

 

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

Rentals are based on a three day time period.  We deliver one day prior to your event, or you can pickup as a will call. We then pickup or you return the day after.  For will calls, the warehouse is closed on Sunday's, so if that is your third day, your equipment is due back on Monday.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

The earlier you make your reservation, the better.  We can alter your reservation over the weeks/months leading up to your event as shown on your contract.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

We make every attempt to make changes, but changes are based on inventory amounts & availability.  Your cancellation date is one week, seven working days prior to your delivery or will call pickup date.  Reservations cancelled or reduced after that time, will incur fees. We can add to your order with 24 hours advance notice on "in stock" equipment. 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

Your equipment will be reserved with a valid credit card (MC, Visa or Amex accepted).  There is no up front deposit & your credit card will be charged in full, once your cancellation date passes.  You have the option to pay by cash or check & that payment would be due no later than seven business days prior to your delivery or will call pickup date.  Please be advised, even if paying by cash or check, a credit card is required to hold your reservation & would be used for any damage or breakage, unless other arrangements have been made before hand.
