Grapevine Party Rentals require a valid credit card upon reservation. Cancellation or reduction of items on a reservation must be made (7) days prior to event. Within the (7) day period, a 50% charge will apply.* Reservations canceled within 24 hours will incur 100% cancellation fee for all items.

*Linen is accesed at 100% cancellation fee if canceled within 7 days of event.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery is available for an additional charge.  Rates are based on curbside delivery and pickup and will vary based upon location.  With advance notice, other options are available for an additional charge.  Please inquire at the time of your reservation.

Cleaning

China, glassware, utensils and food preparation equipment should be rinsed, food-free and repacked in containers as delivered.  Linens must be returned free of debris, decorations and dry to prevent mildew.  A cleaning fee will be assessed on all items not meeting the above conditions.

Customer assumes responsibility for all lost or damaged items and full replacement cost will be accessed.

There is no refund for unused equipment once it is picked up or delivered to event site.

Our rentals are tax free.
